The Morét Group
Overview: The Moret Group, which oversees several brands such as Danskin, 2(X)ist, Ovadia & Sons, Sprayground, and other licensed labels, tasked me with revitalizing their design department. My role involved refreshing and enhancing the department to better align with the evolving market and brand needs.
Role: Senior Designer
Process: I led a comprehensive overhaul of all digital design touchpoints for the business. This included updating and rebuilding brand websites and completely redesigning the banner assets used in marketing to effectively engage potential customers.
Outcome: Under my oversight, each brand underwent a complete revitalization and modernization of its look and feel. When it was time for me to pursue new career opportunities, I left the design department in a strong position, with a solid structure in place to support future designers and enable them to thrive.
Key Features: I art-directed website redesigns and provided guidance for photography campaigns, ensuring that all digital assets were comprehensively covered and aligned with the brand's vision.
Reflection: I gained valuable insights during my time at The Moret Group and am proud of my accomplishments there. I can confidently say that our work led to a noticeable uplift in both the strategic direction of the brands and their financial performance.
