Zawx
Overview: The owner of Zawx, a startup sock company, reached out to me to help launch his business. My initial task was to finalize the brand logo, followed by designing the first run of socks for the brand's debut.
Role: Freelance Designer, Consultant
Process: I began by digitizing and refining his initial logo sketch for use across all business materials. Once we finalized the brand's aesthetic, we proceeded to design patterns for the upcoming sock collection.
Outcome: We finalized five designs, which were then manufactured with my guidance and specifications at his factory. Shortly after, he successfully launched his brand and began selling his first collection.
Key Features: We designed patterns that translated beautifully onto jacquard-woven socks, ensuring both high quality and an excellent fit.
Reflection: It was definitely a fun project for me, especially as an avid buyer of unique socks myself. I was thrilled with the outcome and appreciated the opportunity to gain insight into the nuances of sock manufacturing.
